As our name suggests, we take a Strategic approach to managing properties.  In addition to collecting rents and paying expenses, we view a property through the lens of maximizing its value.  Our property management program  includes tenant services (relations and formal retention programs), building operations and maintenance, service contract management, lease administration, property accounting, job cost accounting, and financial reporting.  We are in consistent contact with the tenants, both through invoicing and personal visits.  These actions increase our collections and tenant retention.
Association Management is a specialized niche in which managers undergo extensive specialized training to understand the laws pertaining to commercial condominium associations.  However, a Strategic manager takes it a step farther and applies experience to improve the financial operations of the association.  We take great pride in our ability to outperform the competition, and to assure the best service available in the industry.
Our Asset Management services allow owners to take a very passive role in the operations of their properties.  Through the proper authorization, we set acceptable standards with the building owner and then execute the plans and documents required to optimize the returns. In optimizing the returns we aim to maximize values. Our experience spans from single buildings to 3.5 million square foot portfolio management.  
Our Leasing Management services range from handling the marketing of space ourselves to helping owners choose a third-party listing broker and overseeing the marketing efforts.  We have more than 40 years of brokerage experience, and we understand what should be included in a broker marketing plan.  Further, we know how to hold brokers accountable for meeting the terms of their plan.  It is imperative to confirm that the marketing plan is appropriate and is properly executed.
As Construction Managers we act as an independent advocate for our clients, unlike general contractors who may work to protect their self interests. Our team has the background to manage a project through our twenty  years of experience in the construction of commercial projects.  Our experience ranges from office tenant improvements to a 534,000 square foot distribution facility, managing the process from permits through Certificate of Occupancy.
