Carmenita Business Park is an 81,000 square foot four building mixed-use projected located in Norwalk, California.  Its major street frontage suites contain retail and service providers, ranging from food tenants to insurance brokers wanting high visibility.  The three buildings without Carmenita visibility contain industrial units ranging from 480 up to 2,700 square feet.  Strategic Realty Group's team members have handled the asset management, property management and leasing management for this project since 2004.

Temecula Oaks is a 32,000 square foot class-A office project located in Riverside County.  It is located in a master-planned business park with lush landscaping and excellent access to the 15 Freeway.  Tenants range from law firms to a major newspaper, which has been a loyal tenant for more than 15 years.  The parking ratio is 4.5/1,000 square feet.  Strategic Realty Group's team members have handled the property management for this facility since 2007.

Turner Commerce Center is a 50,400 square foot industrial project located in Murrieta, California.  This area of the City is designated for auto uses, and the center specializes in both auto and general warehouse uses.  A major off-ramp is planned for the near future increasing its already good access to the 15 Freeway.  The parking ratio is high at 3/1,000 square feet.  Strategic Realty Group handles both the association management and the property management for the owner of the majority of the units.

Straub Distributing is a major beverage distributor located in Orange County, California.  When consolidating their operations into an existing 281,000 square foot facility they appointed a Strategic Realty Group team member to hancle the construction management for the $7,000,000 in tenant improvement construction work.  The scope of the project ranged from initial plan review, permit expediting, construction inspections and final walk-through.
